You write one sentence about what you want looked at. A licensed physical therapist reads it, opens your intake by name, and writes your evaluation from everything you tell them. Clinicians usually respond within one to three business days.

• A person, first. Your intake stays closed until a clinician takes your request, so the ten minutes you spend on it are for someone who is expecting you.
• Nothing charged now. Membership and the $99 evaluation fee, waived for founding members, are set up once your intake is in.
• Every state. Licensed physical therapy care where we are licensed; coaching from a licensed physical therapist everywhere else, and we say which before anything is set up.
