What's the difference between Coaching and Clinical?
Coaching is movement, strength, mobility, and habit guidance from a licensed physical therapist, available in every state. It is not medical care, so it never diagnoses or treats a condition. Clinical is full licensed physical therapy care, available in the states we are licensed in. If coaching runs into something clinical, we escalate you, either to clinical care where we are licensed, or to a local provider, and we tell you when we reach your state.
Do you take insurance?
No insurance is required, Alodaptive is cash-pay and priced to be less than most copays. For clinical care we can provide a superbill you may submit for possible out-of-network reimbursement.
How much is each plan?
Coaching is $89 a month or $449 a year. Clinical is $149 a month or $749 a year. Every consult is included, no per-visit fee, no clock.
Can I move from Coaching to Clinical?
Yes. Coaching is the on-ramp. When something needs clinical eyes and we are licensed in your state, you can upgrade to Clinical care with the same team. Where we are not yet licensed, we point you to a local provider and add you to the list to notify when we arrive.
